20 years of experience. Jame has traveled all over the country including New York City, Cleveland, Las Vegas, and Minneapolis. She loves to visit the trendsetting city NYC. Recently she worked for Aveda at NYC Fashion week doing runway makeup. Specializing in Aveda hair color, men's cuts, women's cuts, makeup, waxing, and Aveda skin care.

Karen has a true passion for this industry and loves to give clients new looks to make them feel special. Karen has been licensed for over 25 years. She began her career specializing in haircutting and has recently become an educator with Aveda and training new assistants at Allure.
Karen has been honing her craft by taking color classes and is currently studying to become a certified hair colorist.

Briana, a highly trained hair stylist, has been in the beauty industry for eight years. She offers an extensive range of services, including cutting, coloring, hair extensions, styling, updos, Brazilian Blowouts for all types of hair. As well as multiple types of Eyelash Extensions and brow waxes. Briana received her formal education and has further honed her skills through working at Allure.

Sarah has been a nail tech for just under 2 years, but loves her new found passion! She specializes in providing high-quality nail care services that are tailored to each client to bring out their unique style and confidence. Whether you’re looking for a classic manicure or a long-lasting shellac (gel) polish manicure. She likes to add some flare with hand drawn nail art or with nail art decals. She also loves to take care of clients who have toenails that need some TLC. She takes time with her clients and doesn’t rush services. Sarah continues to educate herself on best practices and how to care for clients nail needs.
