Amy started her massage career over 16 years ago to help her family; and once she saw the health benefits it provided, she couldn't wait to share it with her clients and to help them reach their health and healing goals too. Throughout her career she has continued to learn new techniques and is experienced in, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Stone and Thai Yoga Massage.
